- Online Listings: Yelp, Foursquare, Local Pages – How to find or create your business pages, how to update the information, how to add custom marketing pieces, and best practices for responding to positive and negative reviews.
- Sales Training – An assessment of your current business practices, and training on how to look for leads, creating sales templates for emails, creating cold call scripts, etc.
